Equipment Attachments

The Equipment Attachments screen is used to add attachments to the piece of equipment being quoted. Large items that can be readily identified with a serial number are entered in the equipment system. It is recommended that smaller attachments be controlled through the parts management system.

The fields on the Equipment Attachments screen are:

Field	Description
Invoice	Check the invoice box to indicate that this attachment is to be included on the equipment quote.
Stock Number	The stock number (inventory identification number) of the whole goods unit.
Amount	The amount of the selected unit.
Description	A brief description of the unit.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Equipment Attachments screen:

Button	Function
Select	Attaches the unit onto the quote.
Close	Closes the Equipment Attachments screen and returns to the previous screen.
