Print Utilization Report

Use the Print Utilization Report screen to configure the information that is included on the Rental Utilization Analysis Report (DZRPT01).

To open the Print Utilization Report screen, click the Print Utilization Report link on the Utilization tab.

Fields on the Print Utilization Report screen are:

Field	Description
Report By	Select whether the report includes financial utilization information for individual Stock Numbers, each Category/ Class, or each Group Code.
Select Location	Select the location you want to generate the report for.
Select Category	Select the category (or categories) you want to include on the report.
Select Class	Select the class (or classes) you want to include on the report.
Select Subclass	Select the subclass (or subclasses) you want to include on the report.
Select Stock Number	Select the stock number(s) you want to include on the report.
Select Group	Select the group(s) you want to include on the report.
Select Date Range	Select the date range you want to include rental information from on the report.
Printer	Select the printer you want to produce the report from (or select the or PDF checkbox if you prefer a PDF copy).

Click Print to print the Rental Utilization Analysis Report (DZRPT01) according to your specifications.

Click Close to close the Print Utilization Report screen and return to the Utilization tab.
