Product Support Quick Links

The Product Support Quick Links screen can be accessed from any IntelliDealer screen by clicking on the Product Support tab.

The Product Support Quick Links screen allows you access to Equipment, Service, Parts and Rental functions within IntelliDealer, helping you manage your parts inventory.

Clicking on the appropriate link will allow you to drill further down into the IntelliDealer system.

Equipment:

  • Allows the user to add, change, copy, display or print equipment base and option codes.

  • Used to add, change or display the details of any equipment unit.

  • Create equipment invoices including trade-ins, additional parts and miscellaneous charges/credits for the equipment, and also allows for customized accounting specifications.

  • Allows you to produce various equipment reports.

Service:

  • Used to open, change, review, print and close service work orders.

  • Used to charge shop labor to a work order.

  • Allows users to access the Customer Portal

  • Allows users to open, change, and review Job Jackets
  • Allows corrections to be made to parts requisitions or labor transactions that have already been posted to a work order.

  • Displays outstanding work orders.

  • Create parts and service quotes.

  • Allows you to produce various service reports.

  • Charge shop labor to a work order.

  • Allows you to edit, view, copy or add job codes.

Parts:

  • Allows the user to add, change or display your parts information.

  • Used to create and maintain parts orders.

  • Allows you to create a parts quote.

  • Allows the current on hand quantity to be adjusted for any part number.

  • Allows you to store customer related discounts.

  • Group file maintenance allows an entire group of parts to be changed at one time.

  • Produce various reports and runs.

  • Closes the parts month, and produces a parts management report for the month.

Rental:

  • Creates a Rental Request or Rental Reservation.

  • Existing Rental Transactions may be turned into Rental Contracts.

  • Rental Returns.

  • Allows you to produce various rental reports and billing runs.

  • View equipment fleet units that are available for rent, units that are scheduled to go out on rent, units that are in your shop, and those units with overdue status.
