There are several reports that you can print out when doing a master price file load (PARTPRC) or a John Deere DTF price file update. The chart below gives a list of all of the reports, a brief description of each and the parameters which control when these reports are generated.
Dealers on the ASP need to specify a user/printer in the XMIT table. See Database 'PFW Help', View 'By Author', Document 'Job Scheduler Printer and User ID' for specifics and screen shots, etc.
Note: Some OEMs have other price file loads. The reports listed below may be impacted by the configuration of licensed OEMS.

Percentage cutoff defaults to 99. Therefore it only prints parts whose list or cost have increased by 99%. You can change this cutoff percentage in Configuration > Miscellaneous > Other > System Settings using PAR128I List Price Inc/Dec Cutoff Percent. |
| PAR128R - Return Code Changes | Lists all the parts whose return code has changed. | PAR128S - Summary Report | Summarizes the difference in cost, list, landed cost and retail for all the parts affected during the update. Shows all parts on the price tape or update file that have a list or cost price of zero. The PARTPRC master price file on the system will get updated with the 0 values but the part master will NOT. You must check this report and handle the parts according to your process for that vendor/location. |

| PAR132 - Parts Not Found Report | Lists all of the part numbers that you have coded with the vendor that you are running the price update for, but these parts were not found on the tape/CD. OEM and Automated Price Updates
When an OEM interface or automated process runs a price file update on your behalf, the PAR128 reports in the table above still apply. Where you configure Sort By Class? (required for PAR128S) depends on the price update path.
