Viewing Customer Profitability

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Management Central tab.
   The Management Central Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the CRM list, click on the Profitability link.

3. The Customer Profitability screen will appear.

4. Filling out the search field will allow you to narrow down your search for customer profitability.
   The following description each search field.

   • Analysis By: Select an analysis type to analyze the customer profitability (e.g. current fiscal YTD).

   • Select Customer Number: Search for customer profitability by entering a customer number.

   • Area: Search for customer profitability by selecting an area from the drop down list (e.g. parts).

   • Summarize By: Select a summary option in order to summarize the customer profitability search results.

5. On the Customer Profitability screen, fill out the appropriate search criteria and click on the Go >> link.
   The Customer Profitability screen will refresh displaying the customer profitability base on the search criteria selected.

6. Click on the first field link (which varies depending on the Summarize By options selected) to drill further down into the customer's profitability (which varies depending on the Analysis By option selected).

   Note:  
   For this procedure the Summarize By option selected was Salesperson and the Analysis By options was Current fiscal YTD.
