Volvo Warehouses

To open the Volvo Warehouses screen, hover the Configuration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select Interfaces> Volvo> Warehouses from the drop down list.

The Volvo Warehouses screen allows you to map a specific Volvo warehouse to each branch of the dealership.

The following sorting option appears on the Volvo Warehouses screen:

Field	Description
Select Location	The branch location you want to configure a warehouse for.

The following field appears on the Volvo Warehouses screen:

Field	Description
Warehouse	The warehouse code for the warehouse that all Volvo parts will be shipped from for the selected location. Note:  If the desired warehouse code does not appear in the drop down list, click the Refresh Warehouse button to retrieve valid warehouse codes from Volvo.

Click the Click here to copy Warehouse to another location link to map the selected warehouse code to another branch location.

Note:  This link will only appear if there are branches that are not already mapped to a Volvo warehouse.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Volvo Warehouses screen:

Button	Description
Save	Saves the settings on the Volvo Warehouses screen.
Refresh Warehouse	Retrieves the valid warehouse codes from Volvo.
Close	Closes the Volvo Warehouses screen without saving any changes.
