Claas Parts Inventory Manager

The Claas Parts Inventory Manager is a parts replenishment interface that reports parts stock levels, open orders, and transactional demand to Claas on a nightly basis. It automatically generates parts orders based on suggested orders that Claas transmits.

On the Parts Inventory Manager tab the configured companies and divisions are listed. You can click the hyperlink to view and edit the Property settings.

If your company/division is not listed, you can create it by clicking Create.

In either case, the fields to edit or add are:

  • Company/division- if you had clicked Create ,select the division from the drop down list. If you are editing this field will be read only.

  • Warehouse Group Code- is provided by Claas. Its format should be:

    <4-digit SAP sales org code>_<2-digit ISO country code>_<10-digit SAP Code of main location>

    For example, 1100_US_TT00027020.

  • PDF Report User Id - is the IntelliDealer User Id to view all the PDF reports that are generated by this interface.

  • Syncron User Id - provided by Claas.

  • Claas SFTP Server, User Id and Password - provided by Claas.

Click the Add Rows button on the ride side of the list to add new locations:

  • Location - is the IntelliDealer location.

  • Warehouse Code - is the Claas warehouse code for that location, which is provided by Claas.

Click Save when you have completed your edits.
