PDF Retention

Use this screen to specify how long to retain PDF files before they are archived and how long to archive them before they are purged from the system.

To access the PDF Retention screen, click Configuration > Miscellaneous > Printing > PDF Retention.

To specify how long to wait before archiving a PDF file, enter a number of days into the Age at which PDF files are archived field.

To specify how long to wait before purging the ZIP file from the system, enter a number of days into the Age at which ZIP archive files are purged field.

To save these settings click the Save button.

To close this screen click the Close button.
