Bobcat Base and Options Import
This interface allows the dealer to update their base and options pricing from Bobcat. Only the base and option lists are added/updated; the equipment files (CGIBASE, CGIOPT) are not updated. No deletions of base/options occurs as part of this process.
Bobcat sends a file that is added to the parts price update database each month. Contact support if you wish to receive an email notification when a new file is available.
Prerequisites: You must configure the import process. See Configuring Bobcat Base and Options Import. Contact support for access to the price file.
Data Imported
Base model and Attachments data imported is:

Options data imported is:

dealer installed, factory installed, and attachments

Importing Bobcat Base and Options

From any screen within IntelliDealer, navigate to Product Support > Equipment > Base and Options.

Click the Bobcat Base and Options Import link located at the bottom right.
If this is the first time you are using the Bobcat Base and Options Import, a disclaimer is displayed. Read the disclaimer and click Accept.

Click Download for the desired file.
The download is added to the batch. You will receive a message notification regarding the success or failure of the download.
If successful the download process also loads and updates the Bobcat Base data in IntelliDealer.

Click Close.

Screen Description
The fields on the Bobcat Import screen are:

| Vendor Name | The name of the vendor. |
| Effective Date | The date the import becomes effective. |
| Last Downloaded | The last time the vendor data was downloaded. |
