Customer Parts Availability

The Customer Parts Availability screen can be accessed from the Parts Reports sub-menu in the Product Support tab and clicking Customer Parts Availability

You can enter a Start Date and a Stop Date for the report by clicking the button.

The Location field is used to search for a location using their Branch Code

Select Printer allows you to search and select which printer the report is printed to.

The of PDF checkbox will generate a PDF version of the report.

The Customer Number can be entered and searched for with the button. You can also add additional Customer Numbers with the button to add multiple customer numbers on the report.

Sales Accounts number can be entered and searched for with the button. You can also add additional Sales Accountnumbers with the button to add multiple account numbers on the report.

The Vendor number can be entered and searched for with the button. You can also add additional Vendornumbers with the button to add multiple vendor numbers on the report.
