Customer Care Quick Links

The Customer Care Quick Links screen can be accessed from any IntelliDealer screen by clicking on the Customer Care tab.

The Customer Care Quick Links screen allows you access to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing functions within IntelliDealer.

Clicking on the appropriate link will allow you to drill further down into the IntelliDealer system.

CRM:

• This option allows the user to add, change or display customer information.

• Maintain information on both current and potential customers.

• Accumulate different types of information for each customer account and sales data, salesperson calls, contact listing and equipment ownership details.

• Manage customer call information.

• Allows you to produce various customer related reports.

Marketing:

• Allows you to manage marketing campaigns and send out customer focused marketing forms.
