Message
Use the Message screen to send an invoice to a customer by e-mail using the IBM e-mail server. By default, the e-mail is sent in HTML format. If you are licensed for the IBM InfoPrint Server software, IntelliDealer sends the quote, statement, or invoice as a PDF document.
To open the Message screen, click Email.
Fields on the Message screen are:

Enter the e-mail address of the recipient receiving the message. For multiple recipients, click the More The To field does not appear when you use the system operator messaging function. |
| BCC | Adds a Blind Carbon Copy recipient to the message. The BCC recipient's e-mail address is concealed from all recipients of the message. |
| From E-mail | The user's e-mail address is populated automatically from the customer's profile. |
| Subject | The invoice number is populated automatically. Up to 10 invoices can be included in the subject line. If more than 10 invoices are selected, the subject shows MULTIPLE. |
| Message | Optional. An e-mail message to send with an invoice. |
Click Send to send the invoice and the optional message to the selected recipients.
Click Close to close the Message screen and return to the Preview screen.
