Add/Update Unit

To open the Add/Update Unit screen, click the Would you like to edit this item? Click here link on the MyDealer tab.

The Add/Update Unit screen allows you to add or update a unit for display in MyDealer.

The following fields appear on the Add/Update Unit screen:

Field	Description
Display in Equipment Sales	Select the checkbox to display this unit in MyDealer.
Category	Enter or select a unit category.
Manufacturer	Enter or select the manufacturer of the selected unit.
Machine Description	Enter a brief description of the selected unit.
Price Range	Enter the price range of the unit you wish to sell on MyDealer.
Quantity	Select the number of units in stock for sale.

The following fields appear on the Add/Update Unit screen:

Field	Description
Engine
Make	Enter or select the manufacturer of the engine on the unit.
Details	Enter any special details about the engine.
Model	Enter or select the model number of the engine.
Comments	Enter any additional comments about the engine.
Transmission
Make	Enter or select the manufacturer of the transmission on the unit.
Comments	Enter any additional comments about the transmission.
Condition	Enter or select the physical condition of the transmission.
Differentials
Make	Enter or select the manufacturer of the differentials on the unit.
Comments	Enter any additional comments about the differentials.
Model	Enter or select the model number of the differentials.
Hydraulics
Type	Enter or select the type of hydraulics on the unit.
Specs	Enter the manufacturers specs on the hydraulics.
Comments	Enter any additional comments about the hydraulics.
Ground Engaging
Condition	Enter or select the physical condition of the ground engaging system.
Comments	Enter any additional comments about the ground engaging system.
Tires
Size (Front)	Enter or select the size of the front tires.
Size (Back)	Enter or select the size of the back tires.
Make	Enter or select the make/manufacturer of the tires.
Comments	Enter any additional comments about the tires.
Cab
Type	Enter the type of cab on the unit.
Detail	Enter any special details about the cab.

The following field appears on the Add/Update Unit screen:

Field	Description
Images	Add an image or images of the unit onto the unit's profile.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Add/Update Unit screen:

Button	Function
Save	Saves changes made to the Add/Update Unit screen.
Delete	Deletes the equipment profile from MyDealer.
Close	Closes the Add/Update Unit screen without saving and returns to the MyDealer tab.
