Equipment Profile: MyDealer
The MyDealer tab allows you to configure how the selected unit is listed in the Equipment for Salemodule in the MyDealer application.
The MyDealer screen is accessed by clicking on the MyDealer tab from the Equipment Profile
The fields on the MyDealer tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Manufacturer | The manufacturer of the unit. |
| Category | The category of the unit. |
| From Price/To Price |
The price range for the selected unit. Note: Only the From price is displayed in the MyDealer application. |
| Quantity |
The number of units that will be listed as in stock. |
| Display in Equipment Sales | If selected, the unit as well as any of the options selected on this screen are displayed on the Equipment for Sale screen in MyDealer. |
| Machine Description | A brief description of the unit. |
| Image Information | Any images associated to the unit appear in the MyDealer application. |
These fields appear in the Engine, Transmission, Differentials, Hydraulics, Ground Engaging, Tires and Cab section of the MyDealer tab:
Note: If you do not enter any information in the following fields, the associated machine component does not appear in MyDealer. For example, if you leave the Type, Specs and Comments fields blank for the Hydraulics component of a unit, the Hydraulics section of the machine profile will not appear in MyDealer.

| Make |
The make of the selected component. Any value entered in this field is saved by the system and appears on the Selection Screens as valid options for the selected component. |
| Details |
Enter any details about the selected component in these fields. This information will be presented to the customer in the Equipment for Sale screen in MyDealer. |
| Model |
The model of the selected component. Any value entered in this field is saved by the system and appears on the Selection Screens as valid options for the selected component. |
| Comments | Any comments associated to the selected component may be entered here. This information is presented to the customer on the Equipment for Sale screen in MyDealer. |
| Condition |
The condition of the selected component. |
| Type |
The type of the selected component. |
| Specifications |
This field only appears for the Hydraulics component. Enter the Hydraulics specifications in this field. This information is presented to the customer in the Equipment for Sale screen in MyDealer. |
| Size (Front)/(Rear) |
This field only appear for the Tires component. Enter the size of the tires in these fields. This information is presented to the customer on the Equipment for Sale screen in MyDealer. |
