Call History

The Call History screen can be accessed from either the Call History - Type screen by clicking on the Scheduled Call link or from the Call History screen by clicking on the Call Details link under the Category field.

The Call History screen displays the call's history details.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Call History screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the Call History screen and returns to the Call History - Type screen.
