Equipment Lost Sale
The Equipment Lost Sale screen allows you to record competitors information and reasons for losing the sale.
The following is a description of the Information fields that appear on the Equipment Lost Sale screen:

Name | The customer's name |
Business Phone Number | The customer's business phone number. |
Salesperson | The salesperson assigned to the customer's profile. |

Make | The unit's make code. |
Model | The unit's model code. |
Stock Number | The unit's stock number. |
Competitor | The name of the rival company that received the sale. |
Competitor Make | The competitor's unit make code. |
Competitor Model | The competitor's unit model code. |
Competitor Price | The price of the unit offered by the competitor. |
Lost Sale Reason | The reason for the loss of sale. |

Save | Saves changes made to the Equipment Lost Sale screen. |
Close | Closes the Equipment Lost Sale screen without saving and returns to the Schedule a Follow up Call screen. |
