Equipment Lost Sale

Use the Equipment Lost Sale screen to record competitors information and reasons for losing the sale.

To access the screen, navigate to Management Central > Equipment > Lost Sales, then click on a lost sale.

Information fields on the Equipment Lost Sale screen are:

Information
Field Description
Name The customer's name.
Business Phone Number The customer's business phone number.
Salesperson The salesperson assigned to the customer's profile.

Fields on the Equipment Lost Sale screen are:

Field Description
Make The unit's make code.
Model The unit's model code.
Stock Number The unit's stock number.
Competitor The name of the rival company that received the sale.
Competitor Make The competitor's unit make code.
Competitor Model The competitor's unit model code.
Competitor Price The price of the unit offered by the competitor.
Lost Sale Reason The reason for the loss of sale.

Click Save to save changes made to the Equipment Lost Sale screen.

Click Close to complete your work on the Equipment Lost Sale screen without saving and return to the Schedule a Follow up Call screen.
