Messages
Use the Messages screen to send an invoice via email using the IBM email server.
Fields on the Messages screen are:

| To |
Enter the email address of the recipient receiving the message. This field does not appear when using the system operator messaging function. For multiple recipients, click the More |
| BCC | Blind Carbon Copy a recipient receiving the message. The recipient's email address entered in this field is concealed from all recipients entered in the To field. |
| From E-mail | The user's email address is automatically populated in the From E-mail field. |
| Subject | The subject of the email. |
| Message | If desired, an email message can be sent along with the invoice. |
Note: If you are licensed for the IBM InfoPrint Server software, the system sends the quote, statement, or invoice as an attached PDF document. If you are not licensed, an embedded HTML version is sent instead.
Click Send to send the invoice and the optional message to the selected email address.
Click Close to complete your work on the Messages screen.
