Messages
Use the Messages screen to send a message via email using the IBM email server. By default, the e-mail is sent in HTML format. If you are licensed for the IBM InfoPrint Server software, IntelliDealer sends the message as a PDF document.
To access the Messages screen, open a Customer Profile, and under the Quick Links section, click the Send Message button.
Fields on the Messages screen are:

Enter the email address of the recipient receiving the message. This field does not appear when using the system operator messaging function. For multiple recipients, click the More |
| BCC | Blind Carbon Copy a recipient receiving the message. The recipient's email address entered in this field is concealed from all recipients entered in the To field. |
| From E-mail | Read-only. The user's e-mail address is populated automatically. |
| Subject | The subject of the email. |
| Message | The message to send. |
icon to add additional To fields.Click Send to send the message to the selected email address.
Click Close to complete your work on the Messages screen.
