Campaign: Copy Record

Use the Copy Record screen to copy an existing campaign so you can modify it. This can be easier than creating a new campaign.

The Copy Record screen can be accessed from the Campaigns screen by moving the cursor over a Name and selecting Copy from the pop-up menu.

Copying a Marketing Campaign

  1. From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Customer Care > Marketing > Campaigns.

    The Campaigns screen defaults the Select User field to your user ID however, you can enter a User ID in the Select User field to search for campaigns associated with the selected user or leave the field blank to search for all campaigns on the system.

  2. Move the cursor over a Name and select Copy from the pop-up menu.

  3. Enter the name of the new campaign, then click Continue.

The field on the Copy Record screen is:

Field Description
Copy to New Name Enter the new name of the copied campaign.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Copy Record screen:

Button Function
Continue Copies the selected campaign.
Close Closes the Copy Record screen and returns to the Campaigns screen.
