Campaigns

Use the Campaigns screen to view, edit, copy and add marketing campaigns.

To open the Campaigns screen, from anywhere within IntelliDealer navigate to Customer Care > Marketing > Campaigns.

Note:  Responsible Marketing is mandatory for all Canadian customers and requires that you configure a Marketing Footer before sending any marketing emails. See Responsible Marketing Overview.

The search fields on the Campaigns screen are:

Field Description
Select User Search for a marketing campaign by entering a user ID.
Select Description

Search for a marketing campaign by entering a campaign description.

Select Name Search for a marketing campaign by entering a campaign name.

The fields on the Campaigns screen are:

Field Description
Name The name of the marketing campaign.
Description A brief descriptive reference outlining the campaign.
Created by The user who created the marketing campaign.
Date Created The date the marketing campaign was created.
Date Last Run The date the marketing campaign was last ran.

Move the cursor over a Name and select Edit from the pop-up menu to edit a marketing campaign.

Move the cursor over a Name and select Copy from the pop-up menu to copy a marketing campaign.
