Support Password

The Support Password screen appears when attempting to access a password protected screen in IntelliDealer. It ensures that certain procedures are only performed by authorized personnel at the dealership. Authorized personnel could be VitalEdge support, or someone knowledgeable in your dealership.

To access the protected screen, contact VitalEdge to acquire a password.

Enter the required password You must contact VitalEdge to acquire the password for this field.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Support Password screen:

Button Function
Save Click save after entering the appropriate password to access the desired screen.
Close Closes the Support Password screen.
