Printers

The Printers screen allows you to select which printer you wish to use from a list, or search for a printer if the printer is not listed.
The search field on the Printers screen is:

| Search for a Printer | Search for a printer by entering a printer id number, as you enter the printer number the system will narrow down the list making it easier to locate the desired printer. |
These fields appear on the Printers screen:

| Printer | The selected printer name. |
| Printer Description | A brief description of the printer. |
To complete your work and return to the previous screen, click Close.
