Import Descriptions

To open the Import Descriptions screen, click the Import Descriptions link on the Details tab.

The Import Descriptions screen allows you to import a physical description of a unit to appear on the quote/invoice.

The following fields appear on the Import Descriptions screen:

Field	Description
Extended Description	Import an extended physical description.
Include Base/Option number	Include the base/option number while importing the description.
Include price	Include the option price while importing the description.
Refresh Description	Loads the new description into the Description field on the Details tab.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Import Descriptions screen:

Button	Function
Continue	Imports a unit's description, including any desired option selected above.
Close	Closes the Import Descriptions screen and returns to the Details tab.
