Ship To
To open the Ship To screen, click the Ship Direct link on the Parts Ordering screen.
The Ship To screen allows you to change the direct shipping address for the parts selected on the Parts Ordering screen.
Note: By default, the Ship To screen will display the dealership address, as specified in the CMBR2 table of the green screen application.
If the Ship Direct checkbox is selected for any of the parts listed on the Parts Ordering screen however, the screen will default to the address listed in the Sold To or Ship To fields of the Customer - Parts Invoicing Header tab.
Note: There can only be one direct shipping address for all parts listed on the Parts Ordering screen.
The following fields appear on the Ship To screen:
Field | Description |

Ship Via | The carrier used to ship the part. |
Ship To | The address you want to have the selected parts shipped to. |
Click the Import Ship To address from invoice link to import the either the Sold To address or the Ship To address from the Customer - Parts Invoicing Header tab.
The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Ship To screen:
Button | Function |

Continue | Changes the shipping address for the selected parts and returns to the Parts Ordering screen. |
Cancel | Closes the Ship To screen without saving any changes. |
