Totals

The Totals screen can be accessed from the Parts Selection screen by clicking on the Total button.

The Totals screen allows you to view the totals for a stock order type (SO).

Note:  
Totals are based on parts allocated to the next stock order from Parts Invoicing or Work Order Parts Requisitions.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Totals screen:

Field Description
Line Items The number of line items on the part order.
Quantity The number of parts on the part order.
Cost

The total cost of the parts on the parts order.

Note:  
The Cost field calculation are the same calculations used when adding a part to an order.

Weight The total weight of the parts on the parts order.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Totals screen:

Button Function
Close Closes the Totals screen and returns to the Parts Selection screen.
