Totals

Use the Totals screen to view the totals of all charges that have been posted to a work order. You can choose to view the totals for a specific segment or all segments.

Note:  Taxes are calculated by the line item and NOT by the total. The tax calculations use 4 decimals and round up if the last two decimals are over 50. Some sales tax are 2 digits long but IntelliDealer uses 4 digits in the calculation as some sales tax is calculated to 4 decimals.

Sorting options on the Totals screen are:

Field	Description
Currency	Select which currency you want the totals to be displayed in. This field appears only if the selected work order is using a foreign currency.
Select Segment	Select to view the total charges applied to a single segment or view total charges applied to all segments.

Note:  The Actual column shows the current totals for the work order segment. The Billable column shows the quoted billable totals for the work order segment.

Fields on the Totals screen are:

Field	Description
Job Code Hours	This value includes the job code hours plus any add on hours.
Hours Worked	The amount of hours worked on the selected segment.
Hours Charged	The amount of hours that are charged to the selected work order segment.
Parts	The cost of parts.
Labor	The cost of labor.
Labor Hours	The quoted/estimated amount of labor hours for the selected work order, broken down by Customer, Internal, and Warranty. The amount of labor hours worked appears in parentheses followed by the amount of labor hours charged.
Sublet	The cost to sublet out work that could not be completed at the shop.
Service Call	The cost (if applicable) for the service call attached to the selected segment.
Delivery	The cost of delivery.
Other	Any other additional costs.
Tax	The amount of taxes that apply to the selected segment.
Discount	Any discounts that apply to the selected segment.
Total	The total amount of costs that applies to the selected segment.

Click Close to close the Totals screen and return to the previous screen.
