Adding an Agency Remit to Address

Allows you to enter a remit to address that appears on the bottom of all invoices for the specified A/R Agency Code and selected location.

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
    The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

  2. From the General Ledger list, click the General link and select Agency Remit to Address from the drop down list.

  3. The Agency Remit to Address screen will appear.

  4. On the Agency Remit to Address screen, click on the Need to add a new agency remit to address? Click here to add link.
    The Agency Remit to Address screen will appear.

  5. On the Agency Remit to Address screen, enter a Location.
    - or -
    Click on the Search icon and select a location from the Location Selection screen.

  6. Enter an Agency Code.
    - or -
    Click on the Search icon and select an agency code from the Select Agency Code screen.

  7. Enter the remit to address within the Description field.

  8. Click the Save button to save the newly added remit to address.
