Copying a Demo/Loaner Account Configuration

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the Rental list, click the Setup link and select Demo/Loaner Accounts from the drop down list.

3. The Demo/Loaner Accounts screen will appear.

4. On the Demo/Loaner Accounts screen, select a Location by clicking on the Search icon next to the Select Location field.
   The Location Selection screen will appear.

5. On the Location Selection screen, click on a Location.
   The Demo/Loaner Accounts screen will appear with the selected location in the Select Location field.

   Note:  
   Click on the Previous or Next icon to scroll to the next location or back to a previous location. Only locations that have been previously set up will appear when using the Previous or Next icons.
   

6. On the Demo/Loaner Accounts screen, select the Click here to copy demo/loaner account set up to another location link.
   The Location Selection screen will appear.

7. On the Location Selection screen, only locations that do not already have accounts set up will appear.
   Select a copy Location.

8. The Demo/Loaner Accounts screen will appear listing the selected location and the previously selected account numbers.

9. Click the Save button to copy the previously selected accounts to the new location.
