Copying a Miscellaneous Charge/Credit to Another Location

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the Equipment list, click the General link and select Miscellaneous Charges/Credits from the drop down list.

3. The Miscellaneous Charges/Credits screen will appear.

4. On the Miscellaneous Charges/Credits screen,fill on the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
   The Miscellaneous Charges/Credits screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

5. Move the cursor over a Description and select Copy from the pop-up menu.

6. The Miscellaneous Charges/Credits screen will appear.

7. On the Miscellaneous Charges/Credits screen, enter a new Location.
   - or -
   Click on the Search icon.
   The Location Selection screen will appear.

8. On the Location Selection screen, click on a Location.
   The Miscellaneous Charges/Credits screen will appear with the new location in the Location field.

9. On the Miscellaneous Charges/Credits screen, you may edit/change the remaining fields before copying the miscellaneous charge.

10. Click the Save button.
    The Miscellaneous Charges/Credits screen will appear listing the copied miscellaneous charge.
