Copying an Account 1st Digit

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the G/L Accounts link and select Account 1st Digits from the drop down list.

3. The Account 1st Digits screen will appear.

4. On the Account 1st Digits screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
   The Account 1st Digits screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

5. Click on the 1st Digit.
   The Change Account 1st Digits screen will appear.

6. On the Change Account 1st Digits screen, click on the Copy button.
   The Change Account 1st Digits screen will refresh allowing you to add additional information to the copied account 1st digit before creating the new copy.

7. Once you have fill out all the desired fields click on the Save button to create the new account 1st digit.
