Editing an Account 1st Digit

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the G/L Accounts link and select Account 1st Digits from the drop down list.

3. The Account 1st Digits screen will appear.

4. On the Account 1st Digits screen, fill out the appropriate fields and click the Go >> link.
   The Account 1st Digits screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

5. Click on the 1st Digit.
   The Change Account 1st Digits screen will appear.

6. On the Change Account 1st Digits screen, you may edit any of the active fields within the account 1st digit.

7. Click the Save button to save any changes made to the account 1st digit.

   Click the Save & Next button to save any changes made to the account 1st digit and continue to the next account 1st digit on the list.
