John Deere Proactive Jobs - Attaching Work Orders

Use these steps to attach a work order that was not generated by the JD Proactive Jobs interface to an Event.

Prerequisites: When attaching a work order consider the following:

• Make sure that your work order quote tab reflects the values of your Proactive Jobs event.

• Make sure your segment's job codes reflect your events.

• Any parts lists generated on the Proactive Jobs side of things are not automatically importable.

To attach a work order to a Service Request: 

1. Open a Service Request and click the Problem tab.

2. Click Attach.

   The Attach Work Order popup opens.

3. Click Attach Work Order.

   The location of the Attach Work Order button.

   
   

4. Select a work order. The work order must meet these criteria:

   • all segments have the accrual account configured on it

   • it must have at least one job code from the Proactive Jobs event

   • it is not attached to any other event.

5. Select the Segments of the work order to include.

6. Click Submit.

   If you select a work order from a different location, you can see which location you selected the work order from.
