Reactivating an Inactive Marital Status Code

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the Employee link and select Marital Status from the drop down list.

3. The Marital Status screen will appear.

4. On the Marital Status screen, enter an inactive marital status Code.

5. Enter a marital status code Description.

6. Select the Include Inactive checkbox.

   Note:  
   You must selected the Include Inactive checkbox when searching for inactive marital status codes.

7. Click the Go >> link.
   The Marital Status screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

8. Click on the Code.
   The Marital Status screen will appear.

9. On the Marital Status screen, select the Active for System checkbox by placing a checkmark in the checkbox.

10. Click on the Save button in order to reactivate the employee marital status code within the system.
