Marital Status

To open the Marital Status screen, hover over the Configuration link from anywhere within IntelliDealer and select General Ledger> Employee> Marital Status from the drop down list.
The Marital Status screen allows you to search for, edit, and add employee marital status codes. Marital Status codes added to the system will appear as a valid marital status code in the Marital Status field drop down list on the Employee Profile tab within the IntelliDealer Payroll module.
The following sorting options appear on the Marital Status screen:

| Code | Sort the search results by marital status code. |
| Description | Sort the search results by marital status code description |
The following search fields appear on the Marital Status screen:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Select Code | Search for a marital code by entering a marital code. |
| Select Description | Search for a marital code by entering a marital code description. |
| Include Inactive | If selected, includes inactive employee marital status codes within the search. |
The following fields appear on the Marital Status screen:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | A one character alphanumeric code used to define the employee marital status code within the payroll system. |
| Description | A brief description of the employee marital status code. |
Click on a Code to edit an existing marital status code.
Click the Need to create a new marital status? Click here to add link to add a new marital status code to the system.
The following button allows you to complete your work on the Marital Status screen:
