Reactivating an Inactive Priority Code

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
    The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

  2. From the General Ledger list, click the Purchase Orders link and select Priority from the drop down list.

  3. The Priority screen will appear.

  4. On the Priority screen, enter a Code.

  5. Enter a branch Location.

  6. Enter the Description of the priority code.

  7. Select the Include Inactive checkbox.

    Note:  
    You must selected the Include Inactive checkbox when searching for inactive Priority codes.

  8. Click the Go >> link.

    The Priority screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

  9. Click on a Code.
    The Priority screen will appear.

  10. On the Priority screen, select the Active for System checkbox by placing a checkmark in the checkbox.

  11. Click on the Save button in order to reactivate the priority code within the system.
