Reactivating an Inactive Terms Code

1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen will appear.

2. From the General Ledger list, click the Purchase Orders link and select Terms from the drop down list.

3. The Terms screen will appear.

4. On the Terms screen, enter a Code.

5. Enter a branch Location.

6. Enter the Description of the terms code.

7. Select the Include Inactive checkbox.

   Note:  
   You must selected the Include Inactive checkbox when searching for inactive Terms codes.

8. Click the Go >> link.
   The Terms screen will refresh listing the generated search results.

9. Click on the Code.
   The Terms screen will appear.

10. On the Terms screen, select the Active for System checkbox by placing a checkmark in the checkbox.

11. Click on the Save button in order to reactivate the terms code within the system.
