Setting Up Case Parameters for a Branch Location

Setting up case parameters allows you to enter a parts vendor number for use on the CCNWEB screens for Case, New Holland, and Kobelco orders.

1. From anywhere in IntelliDealer screen, click on the Configuration tab.
   The Configuration Quick Links screen appears.

   
   

2. From the Parts list, click the General link and select Case from the drop down list.

   
   

3. The Case screen appears.

   
   

4. On the Case screen, select the branch location you wish to set up by using the Previous and Next icons.
   - or -
   Click on the Search icon and select a branch location from the Location Selection screen.

   
   

5. The Case screen will refresh indicating the selected branch location.

   
   

6. On the Case screen, enter a Vendor Number. The vendor number entered indicates the parts vendor used on machine down orders, weekly stock orders to Case, or for CCNWEB parts purchase orders transmitted to CNH.

   Click on the Search icon and select a vendor from the Vendor Selection screen.

   
   

7. On the Case screen, click the Save button to save the new case setup and return to the Configuration Quick Linksscreen.
