Working with IntelliTech
IntelliTech is a browser-based time logging and information system that streamlines processes for service technicians, enabling them to perform their job more effectively. IntelliTech is flexible and customizable. It automates collecting labor hours, keeping technicians at their work area. Using IntelliTech, a technician can log on and off their repairs on specific orders, log off for breaks and lunch, and keep track of how many work orders they have dealt with on a given day, without having to leave their work station to input information at a central computer or to obtain work order or machine information from another department.
Work Orders
IntelliDealer organizes work orders into segments to define exactly what service is required on a particular machine. Each technician “logs on” to their assigned segment by clicking a button. Technicians can view a time card to view that day’s work orders. Technicians can view information such as work order summaries, work order history, and the repair history of a particular machine, something they may not have had access to with previous time logging systems.
IntelliTech provides the option to add a second technician to a work order, to assist another technician with a work order, to add comments directly to work orders, and to send messages to users or through e-mail.
Security
A technician may log out only once for lunch and once for the end of the day.
Technicians have access to specified information at the discretion of the dealership. The access is set by the system administrator and can be easily modified to allow or disallow access.

Virtual Time Card allows the technician a detail view of the hours worked on a specific day.

Technicians have access to the details of the work order and history of the stock item being worked on. This eliminates the need to stand at the supervisor’s door.

Projected work times are displayed on the screen can be based on the Estimated Completion Hours entered on the work order or from Job Code Hours.

Can optionally flash the machine hours indicating to the technician that the machine hours have not been updated for this repair.

The Break button gives the technician clean-up time when logging off. The amount of time given for clean-up is specified by a configurable control.

A Sign Off button allows the technician to sign off the segment when the repair is complete. This status is reflected on the work order segment.

Quick change segments from within the logged in screen without having to log out and in again.

The ability to message others in the organization either by e-mail or IntelliDealer user. For example, the technician can message the parts counter to request a part.

The screen is fully customizable. This allows you to grow the software as the technicians grows his abilities.
