Point-of-Sale Devices
The Point-of-Sale Devices screen lists alternate point-of-sale devices available for your company/division/branch location. This screen allows you to search for and select alternate devices.
Note:
If an alternate device is selected, the system automatically changes the user's default device IP on the SIGPADIP table.
The search field on the Point-of-Sale Device screen is:

| Search | To search for a device, start by entering a User, IP Address or Description for the device. The system filters the results dynamically as you enter each character. |
The fields on the Point-of-Sale Device screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| User | The User name or terminal number associated with the device. |
| IP Address | The device's Internet Protocol address. |
| Description | Used to describe the location of the corresponding device. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Point-of-Sale Device screen:
| Button | Function |

| Delete |
Deletes the currently selected point-of-sale device. The system only deletes the device from the SIGPADIP table for the current user. |
| Close | Closes the Point-of-Sale Device screen without selecting a device. |
