Confirmation

The Confirmation screen can be accessed from the Task/Action tab by changing a tasks Status to Cancelled or Completed.

The Confirmation screen allows you to cancel a task and gives you the option to notify or not to notify all participants involved with the task. The screen also allows you to confirm that the task has been completed.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Confirmation screen, when Canceling a task:

Field	Description
Do Not Notify	If selected, no participants are notified that the task they are involved in has been cancelled.
Notify All Participants	If selected, notifies all participants involved in the task letting them know that the task has been cancelled.
Notify Current Participants	If selected, notifies only current participants involved in the task letting them know that the task has been cancelled.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Confirmation screen:

Button	Function
Continue	Cancels the selected task either notifying or not notifying the participants on the task.
Cancel	Closes the Confirmation screen without canceling the task and returns to the Task/Action tab.
