Report Options

The Report Options screen allows you to select the type of customers to include in the report and run the desired report.

The search fields on the Report Options screen are:

Field	Description
Please Select a Customer Status	Customers with the same status will be included in the report. Select a customer status for the report include active, deactivated, prospect or all.
Printer	The printer printing the selected report.
or PDF	Creates a PDF file of the selected report, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer.

The fields when choosing to print Labels are:

Field	Description
Label Style	Select the label print format, print the labels individually (Single) or print multiple labels on a page (Page).
Dimensions	Select the size of the page label by clicking on the corresponding radio button either 2x10 or 3x10.
Printer	The printer selected to print the labels.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Report Options screen:

Button	Function
Run Report	Runs the selected report.
Close	Closes the Report Options screen without running a report and returns to the previous tab.
