Print Label

The Print Label screen can be accessed from the Equipment Profile screen by clicking on the Label button.

The Print Label screen allows you to print an equipment label for the select machine.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Print Label screen:

Field	Description
Printing Details
Select Quantity	Enter the number of labels you wish to print.
Include on Print
Stock Number	Include the unit's stock number on the label.
Bar Code	Include a bar code on the label.
Make/Model	Include the unit's manufacturer and model codes on the label.
Serial Number	Include the unit's serial number on the label.
Description	Include a brief description of the unit on the label.
Group	Include the unit's group code on the label.
Location	Include the unit's branch location on the label.
Select Printer
Printer	The printer used to print the equipment labels.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Print Label screen:

Button	Function
Print	Prints the selected equipment label based on the parameters selected.
Close	Closes the Print Label screen without printing any labels and returns to the Machine Details screen.
