Fields

The Fields screen can be accessed from the Select Join screen by clicking on a Search icon next to the Join to field.

The Fields screen select a field used to join two files together on the Select Join screen.

The following is a description of the search field that appears on the Fields screen:

Field	Description
Search	In order to search for a field, start by entering a field name or description. The system will filter the results dynamically as you enter each character.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Fields screen:

Field	Description
Fields	The field used to join the two files together.
Description	The field text description.
Files	The file from where the field data will be extracted.
Library	The library location where the file resides.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Fields screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the Fields screen without selecting a field and returns to the Select Join screen.
