Fields
Use the Fields screen to select a field used to join two files together on the Select Join screen.
The Fields screen is accessed from the Select Join screen by clicking the Search 
icon next to the Join to field.
The search field on the Fields screen is:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Search | To search for a field, start by entering a field name or description. The system filters the results dynamically as you enter each character. |
The fields on the Fields screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Fields | The field used to join the two files together. |
| Description | The field text description. |
| Files | The file from where the field data is extracted. |
| Library | The library location where the file resides. |
Click Close to close the Fields screen without selecting a field and return to the Select Join screen.
