Report Options

Use the Report Options screen to edit report options before running the selected report.

To open the Report Options screen, click Run Report on the Selection screen.

The field in the Additional Parameters section of the Report Options screen is:

Field Description
Branch The data for the report is pulled from the selected location.

The fields in the Printing Details section of the Report Options screen are:

Printing Details
Field Description
Select Count Number The inventory count number.
Select Page Breaks The type of page breaks on the printed report.
Include Active Parts Only

When this option is checked:

  • Includes active parts with on hand
  • Includes deactivated parts with on hand
  • Includes active parts with no on hand where OFC is not 5

When this option is unchecked:

  • Includes active parts regardless of on hand
  • Includes deactivated parts that have an on hand
Include Secondary Bin Includes parts secondary bin location on the report.

The fields in the Select Printer section of the Report Options screen are:

Select Printer
Field Description
Printer Select a printer to print the report.
or PDF Creates a PDF of the report, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Report Options screen:

Button Description
Run Report Runs the selected report.
Close Closes the Report Options screen without running the report and returns to the Selection screen.
