Report Options

Use the Report Options screen to select additional parameters before running the selected Equipment Report.

You can access the Report Options screen by clicking on the Run Report button on the Selection Criteria tab or, depending on the report, by clicking on the Equipment Report name on the Equipment Reports screen.

Equipment Status

These reports require you to specify equipment status: Retail, Wholesale, Floor Plan, Label,

The Please Select an Equipment Status field specifies which equipment to include on the report. Statuses include:

  • Deleted—the unit is to be deleted from the inventory file.

  • Quote—the unit is being priced for a customer.

  • Sold—same as Inventory status except that the unit is now tagged for a particular customer.

  • Rental—the unit is a rental unit.

  • Invoiced—the unit has been invoiced to a customer.

  • On Order—the unit is on order with the supplier.

  • Presold—same as On Order status except that this unit has been ordered for a particular customer.

  • Inventory—the unit is physically in stock.

  • Transfer—the unit has been transferred to another dealer.

  • All—include all equipment statuses.

Retail, Wholesale, and Balancing Report

The fields in the Additional Parameters section on the Report Options - Retail screen are:

Field Description
Print History Includes equipment history on the report.
Print Options Includes equipment options (sequence, option code, description, and price) on the report.
Show Retail Price If equipment discounts exist it will show both retail and discounted price on the equipment retail report.
Print Costs

Whether to include equipment costs on the equipment retail report.

  • No—do not include costs.
  • Coded Cost—show equipment costs in a coded format.
  • Reference Amount—the equipment estimated cost.
Print Rental Information Whether to include equipment rental information on the wholesale report.
Subtotal by Inventory Account Whether to include subtotals by inventory account on the wholesale report.

Floor Plan Report

The Additional Parameters options for a floor plan report are:

Field Description
Only Prints Units With a Floor Plan If selected, only include units that are part of the floor plan on the equipment floor plan report.
Print Options If selected, include equipment options (sequence, option code, description, and price) on the equipment floor plan report.
Print History If selected, include equipment history on the equipment floor plan report.

Washout Report

The fields on the Additional Parameters section on the Report Options - Washout screen are:

Field Description
Washout Date Include units washed out by the date entered.
Include

Include specific washout units on the equipment report:

  • Only Units Washed Out This Month—include all original sales that were washed out this month (regardless of the month when the original sale was made that started the washout).
  • Only Units Not Washed Out—include all original sales that are not washed out (e.g. one or more traded units are still in inventory).
  • Only Units Washed Out This Year—include all original sales that were washed out this year (regardless of the year when the original sale was made that started the washout).

Cost of Sales Report

The fields on the Additional Parameters section on the Report Options - Cost of Sales screen:

Field Description
Include Automatically Costed Units If selected, include automatically costed equipment units on the cost of sale report.
Summarize by

Summarize the cost of sale report by either Location, Sales Account or Nothing.

Select Date Range

Equipment units that were sold within the specified date range are included on the equipment cost of sales report.

Margin Report

The fields on the Print By section on the Report Options - Margin screen are:

Field Description
Salesperson Print the equipment margin report by salesperson.
Print Subtotals by Sales Account Print subtotal by sales account on the equipment margin report.
Customer Invoice # Within Salesperson Print the customer's invoice number within the salesperson field on the margin report.

The fields on the Additional Parameters section on the Report Options - Margin screen are:

Field Description
Print After Sales History Charges If selected, include after sales history charges on the margin report.
Include After Sales History Charges in Margins If selected, include after sales history charges in the margins on the margin report.
Select Date Range The margin analysis will be based on the date range entered.

Labels Report

In the Include on Label section of the Report Options - Labels screen you can select which equipment parameters are to be included: Stock Number, Barcode, Make/Model, Serial Number, Description, Group and Location.
