Select Field
The Select Field screen allows you to select a field from a list. Depending on the operator code, the system will include or leave out records based on the field data.
To open the Select Field screen, click the Search
icon next to Field on the Selection Criteria screen.
You can use the search to enter the name or description of the field. The system filters the results dynamically as you enter each character.
Select Field screen
The fields appear on the Select Field screen are:

| Description | A brief description of the field. |
| Field | The name of the field. |
| File | The file name where the column data is located. |
| Library | The location of the field's file within the systems library. |
Click Close to complete your work on the Select Field screen and return to the Selection Criteria screen.
