Assign Users
You can use the Assign Users screen to assign users to the selected user group.
You can access the Assign Users screen from the Maintain User Groups screen by clicking the User button. The User button is not displayed for a user group that has only a single user.
On this screen you can:

Remove a user—delete their name from the User Name field.

Edit a user—if you entered the wrong user, or want to remove and add a user in one step, edit an existing user listing.

Add a user—click the Add link. More empty fields are added to the list into which you can enter user names.
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Assign Users screen:
Button | Function |

Save | Saves the assigned user to the selected user group. |
Close | Closes the Assign Users screen without saving and returns to the Maintain User Groups screen. |
