Maintain User Group
You can use the Maintain User Group screen to edit the selected user group.
The Maintain User Group screen can be accessed from the User Group - Work With User Groups tab by moving the cursor over a Group Name and selecting Edit from the drop down list.
Click Back to return to the User Group - Work With User Groups screen.
The search field on the Maintain Users Group screen is:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Search | Select the security program you wish to search for within IntelliDealer. The system filters the results dynamically as you enter each character. |
The fields on the Maintain Users Group screen are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
System | The system code. Identifies the area of IntelliDealer that the security switch covers. |
Description | A brief description of the system. |
Company/Division/Branch | The company, division and branch codes that show where the security is applied. The are set using the Company Selection screen. |
Move the cursor over a System code and select Edit from the drop down list to edit a system.
Move the cursor over a System code and select Copy Within from the drop down list to open the Copy Within User Group screen.
Move the cursor over a System code and select Copy to Other from the drop down list to copy a user group to another user group.
Move the cursor over a System code and select Change Location from the drop down list to change a system location.
Select the Click here to add a system link to add a system.
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Maintain User Group screen:

Delete | Deletes the selected user group. |
Users |
Opens the Assign Users screen, which you can use to add or edit the users in the group. If the User Group Name exactly matches a User Name, then only one user can be in that group. The User button is not displayed for a single user group. |
