Add System

You can use the Add System screen to add a system to the selected user group.

You can access the Add System screen from the Maintain User Group screen by selecting the Click here to add a system link.

The fields on the Add System screen are:

Field Description
User The user's name.
System The number of the system you wish to add to the user group.
Company The code of the company you wish to give the user access to.
Division The code of the divisions you wish to give the user access to.
Branch The code of the branches you wish to give the user access to.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Add Systemscreen:

Button Function
Save Saves changes made to the Add System screen.
Close Closes the Add System screen without saving and returns to the Maintain User Group screen.
