Add System
You can use the Add System screen to add a system to the selected user group.
You can access the Add System screen from the Maintain User Group screen by selecting the Click here to add a system link.
The fields on the Add System screen are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
User | The user's name. |
System | The number of the system you wish to add to the user group. |
Company | The code of the company you wish to give the user access to. |
Division | The code of the divisions you wish to give the user access to. |
Branch | The code of the branches you wish to give the user access to. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Add Systemscreen:
Button | Function |
---|---|
Save | Saves changes made to the Add System screen. |
Close | Closes the Add System screen without saving and returns to the Maintain User Group screen. |
