Customer Care - Portal

To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups. All security switches in this section refer to the Customer Portal screen at Customer Care > CRM > Customer Portal.

Access Portal

Gives the user access to the Customer Portal screen at Customer Care > CRM > Customer Portal, any of the product support menus the user has access to, or by selecting the Customer Portal icon.

Access Open Parts Gives the user the ability to create/change transactions on open part invoices and create parts invoices.
Access Open Service Gives the user the ability to create/change transactions on open service work orders and create service work orders.
Access Open Equipment Gives the user the ability to create/change transactions on open equipment invoices and create equipment invoices.
Access Open Rental Gives the user the ability to create/change transactions on open rental contracts and create rental contracts.
Access Open General Invoices Gives the user the ability to create/change transactions on open general invoices and create general invoices.
Access Open Parts Quotes Gives the user the ability to create/change transactions on open parts quotes and create parts quotes.
Access Open Service Quotes Gives the user the ability to access open service quotes.
Access Open Equipment Quotes Gives the user the ability to access open equipment quotes.

Access Recent Parts Purchases Gives the user the ability to view a list of parts recently purchased by customer.
Access Parts on Order Gives the user the ability to view a list of customer parts on order.
Access Recent Traffic Gives the user the ability to access recent traffic details and create traffic tickets.
Access Recent Equipment Rented Gives the user the ability to access recent equipment rented.
Access Recent Calls Gives the user the ability to access a customer's recent calls and update calls.
Access Scheduled Calls Gives the user the ability to access a customer's scheduled call list and schedule a call.
Access Contacts Gives the user the ability to edit customer contacts and create contacts.
Access Recent Marketing Gives the user the ability to view recent marketing campaigns.
Access Memos Gives the user the ability to add customer memos.
Access Quick Links Gives the user the ability to access the Quick Links Block. This block includes links to Equipment Profile, Supplier Lookup, Sales Order Requisitions, Parts Profile, Parts Availability and Call Scheduling. The Choices displayed depends on the user's security settings.
Access Multimedia Gives the user the ability to access the Multimedia tab.
Access Custom Screens Gives the user the ability to access custom screens.
Access YTD Purchases Gives the user the ability to view a list of the customer's year to date purchases.
Access Last Year Purchases Gives the user the ability to view a list of the customer's last year of purchases.
Access Profitability - YTD Gives the user the ability to view a list of last year's purchases to date.
Access Profitability - Last Year Gives the user the ability to view a list of last year's profitability.
Access Requisitions Gives the user the ability to access parts requisitions.
Access SAM Contracts Gives the user the ability to access SAM Contracts.
Access Customer Equipment Gives the user the ability to view a list of the customer's equipment.
Access Open Job Jackets Gives the user the ability to access create/change job requests/jackets.
Access Job Jacket History Gives the user the ability to access job jacket history.
Access Service Requests Gives the user access to view outstanding service requests assigned to the selected customer.
Access Alerts Gives the user access to view any alerts associated to the selected customer.
