Users

When user by user administration is laborious, the Users screen allows you to facilitate user security on a larger scale. Security access can be controlled here by selecting (on or off) each user or group checkbox as appropriate.

The Users screen can be accessed from any Security Switches screen by clicking on a Security Switch link.

The search fields on the Users screen are:

Field	Description
Select User	Search for a user by entering a user id.
Select Company	Search for a user by entering a company code.
Select Division	Search for a user by entering a division code.
Select Branch	Search for a user by entering a branch code.

The fields on the Users screen are:

Field	Description
Group/User Name	The group/user name.
Company/Division/Branch	The company/division/branch code.

Select the Click here to add new users to this system link to add new user to the selected system.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Users screen:

Button	Function
Select All	Select all users/groups.
Deselect All	Deselect all users/groups.
Save	Saves changes made to the Users screen.
Close	Closes the Users screen without saving changes and returns to the Security Switches screen.
